Resolves YES if credible public reporting, official SpaceX announcements, or Indian regulatory statements confirm that Starlink has received the necessary authorizations and has begun or scheduled commercial service to customers in India on or before 2026-10-18. Resolves NO if no such launch has occurred or been confirmed by that date.
