Withdrawals are operator-signed on opBNB
The operator signing key is held in an encrypted keystore
Prediction trades settle on the custodial ledger, not as an on-chain swap

The platform may geofence or refuse service where law or risk policy requires it
Sanctions screening is applied to identity checks
